Cellador play hyperspeed power metal - and get this, they’re from the USA (Omaha to be specific)! So what? Well, their style of power metal is unmistakeably European which is no surprise when I read the band’s biog, given that most of the band are recent European immigrants. So what? Ok, these guys are only aged 17 - 23 years old, but they play and sound comparable to bands much their senior - hell, I’d even say they’re up there with the mighty Angra (again no surprise given that 2 of them spent time in Brazil). Cellador are Metal Blade’s first power metal signing and have it in them to be a driving force in the New American Power Metal movement (and no, they don’t sing about swords & socerery - yippee!) so check them out!
