“..we have tried to depict everyday life in a pulp, absurd way, like a Tarantino movie..” - and yeah, I’d haveta agree with ex Novembre frontman Demian Cristiani cos this album does indeed bear the hallmarks of the sounds inherent in Quentin’s movies, albeit on top of a full grindcore experience with barrell bottom ‘vox’, fuzz toned guitar and crushing rhythms making up Airlines Of Terror! Clearly blessed with the blackest of black humour, I can see why Demian labels this ‘experimental grind’ as he has indeed evolved a new style. Indeed, we can all now die laughing to the punkerola grind of ‘Blood Stained Bananas’, death spasm to the rock n roll (grind) of ‘Polizei Zombie’ or slit our wrists to the epic love tragedy of ‘Once Upon A Time In Nagasaki’. Now I know why death has a smiling face....
